The Wilderness Lodge Tariff Includes:
- Stylish accommodation in the room style of your choice.
- Gourmet dinner in the Kaimatau/Mount Rolleston Restaurant.
- Full breakfast of continental and cooked options.
- One shorter guided nature or farm activity each day. These vary daily and introduce guests to natural history and farming life (farm trips every second day).
- Use of complimentary lodge facilities. 25km of walking trails, farm access, satellite WiFi, library and guest laundry are available for use.
Deposits and Cancellations:
- We require a 25% deposit to secure your reservation
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival
- Cancellation outside 30 days of arrival will incur a administration fee equal to 5% of the value of the booking
- Full tariff is payable if cancellation is made within 7 days
Reservation Notes:
- Reservations are recommended. We encourage at least a 2-3 night stay to make the most of what the lodge offers.
- We require a 2 night minimum stay for guests arriving between the dates of 1st November and 31st March. One night stays may only be booked at the discretion of our reservations team.
- Tariff is in New Zealand Dollars and is valid to 31 May 2025.
- Tariff includes 15% Government Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Group and family rates are available on application direct to the Lodge.
- Child rates (ages 2-12 years) 50% of adult rate when sharing a room with two adults.
- Conference facilities are available including conference rooms and exclusive use options.
- Statutory holiday surcharge of NZ$120 per person applies for stays on Christmas Day (Dec 25), Boxing Day (Dec 26), New Years Day (Jan 1) and January 2, Waitangi Day (Feb 6), Canterbury Anniversary Day (15 November 2024), Good Friday, Easter Monday, ANZAC and Labour Days.
- Check-out/Check-in is not permitted on Christmas Day.
