Our speciality is fresh farm produce. We offer 'Wilderness Lodge Lamb' as an option every second night. This top quality merino-hampshire cross lamb is raised with care on the property. Our menus also feature bacon, ham, eggs, manuka honey and herbs off the Wilderness Lodge Farm.
